Machado e Silva Advogados offers personalized legal support to each of its clients, both domestic and foreign, specialized in advisory business law, with emphasis in the following areas: corporate, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulation of pharmaceutical, mining and infrastructure markets.
The team is leaded by Jeanne Machado, whose experience in all areas related to business law was built by working in various positions held in large multinational companies throughout her career. In the last 11 years as General Counsel and Compliance Officer, Jeanne held this position at Sanofi-Aventis Group in Brazil, where she structured and managed the legal department, leading projects of sale and acquisition of companies and products, corporate restructurings, licensing, supply and distribution deals among others. In charge of conducting the legal strategy of business negotiations, she coordinated professionals from different specialties, such as, consumer rights and product liability, trademarks, biddings, anti-trust and environmental.
Working in an integrated manner, the team seeks to develop both effective and sophisticated solutions to its client’s demands, taking into consideration legal and business aspects of each case.
